The parameter with name "globals" is concerned with the values of:
general index/half width,halfheight/0,0/wavelength,0/scales in x,scale
in y
The parameter with name "nbShapes" in the number of quadrangle (shape)
defining your guide
The parameter with name shapeA, shapeB... is the index and
x,y coordinates of summits of each shape (A, B..) which must have no common zones.
Nota 1: At initialisation, y >0 downwards)
Nota 2 :This example needs an an upper limit for interesting effective index : 1.493 here;
do this, by adding u1.493 after wavelength in wavelength box(e.g. 1.55u1.493)
